Our Commitment

SG Inc CPA is committed to ensuring that our website located at www.sginccpa.com is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should have equal access to information about our tax planning, accounting, and advisory services, regardless of how they access the internet.

Current Accessibility Features

Our Site currently includes the following accessibility features:

• Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy to support screen reader navigation
• Descriptive alternative text for images and graphics
• Colour contrast ratios designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA minimum requirements
• Keyboard navigation support for interactive elements including forms and navigation menus
• Resizable text without loss of content or functionality
• Clear and consistent navigation structure across all pages
• Contact forms with descriptive labels associated with each input field
• Descriptive link text that conveys the purpose of each link

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of our Site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to address them:

• Third-party scheduling and booking tools embedded on the Site (such as Calendly) are subject to the accessibility practices of those third-party providers. We have selected providers who are committed to accessibility, but we cannot guarantee full conformance for third-party embedded content.
• Certain older downloadable documents, including PDF guides and resource files, may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. We are working to remediate existing documents and ensure new documents are created in accessible formats.
• Some video content may not include captions or audio descriptions. We are working to add these features to our video content.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, and you are based in the United States, you may file a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice regarding potential violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III. California residents may also have rights under the Unruh Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code Section 51 et seq.) with respect to website accessibility.

Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our Site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria and conduct periodic audits using both automated tools and manual testing. We provide accessibility training to staff and contractors who contribute to the creation and maintenance of our Site content.

We are committed to addressing accessibility issues promptly and to building accessibility into our design and content processes from the start. We will update this Accessibility Statement as we make improvements to our Site.
